## Description

We make health happen at Bupa, supporting those in need through person-centred care in our dedicated care homes. As a Registered Nurse at The Bridles Care Home in Wincanton, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

The rate of pay for this bank contract position is £18.67 - £20.57 per hour, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.

- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.

- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

**Key Skills / Qualifications:**

- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse.

- Experience in managing a unit and overseeing clinical duties.

- Ability to provide clinical guidance to care teams and contribute to CQC tasks.

- Strong communication and reporting skills.

- Enhanced skills for night shifts, including critical thinking and the ability to manage care staff.
