## Description

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team in China. As a Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams to develop marketing briefs and gain in-depth customer understanding

- Provide insight-driven creative strategy and campaign planning, including target audience definition and omni-channel content development

- Oversee internal and external creative content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business strategies

- Build the GenScript LSG brand story across campaigns, ensuring consistency and strategic continuity

- Optimize marketing campaign processes and management tools

- Monitor campaign progress, analyze effectiveness, and provide reports and optimization suggestions

- Lead and inspire the marketing campaigns team, overseeing engagement, capability development, and performance assessment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above

- 5+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in marketing campaign strategy and execution

- Educational background or work experience in biomedical/biotechnology industry preferred

- Familiarity with marketing campaign planning, execution, and analysis, as well as digital marketing channels and strategies

- Experience in planning and implementing large-scale online/offline activities preferred

- Strong market insight, analytical ability, and strategic thinking

- Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills

- Fluent spoken English and excellent reading and writing skills
