## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to join our team at Eglantine Villa Care Home in Dartford. As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting the independence, choice, and dignity of our residents.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the team provides high standards of care at all times

- Assessing residents' wellbeing and meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs

- Delivering clinical guidance to the team and leading by example

- Building lasting relationships with residents and their families

- Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- A commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families

- Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring a team

- A respectful and compassionate approach to care
