## Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design and technically deliver complex, enterprise-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and different Salesforce clouds, Integration, and Data Management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead technical discovery sessions and discussions with clients

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables

- Work with customers to understand key campaign parameters

- Drive hands-on technical implementation across various Marketing Cloud studios and products

- Translate client requirements into detailed technical and functional documentation

- Manage the technical aspects of projects

- Build solutions that utilize out-of-the-box features and modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Provide guidance on the technical integration of third-party systems

- Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues

- Lead, mentor, and guide a small team of technical consultants and developers

- Guide all the teams on best practices for code, naming conventions, and documentation

- Define project goals and timelines

- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations

- Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role

- Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies

**Requirements:**

- 5-8 years of deep, hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Expertise with building dynamic HTML Emails, Templates, Landing Pages, and reusable content blocks

- Familiar with AMPscript and SSJS

- Familiar with PSD to HTML conversion

- Good to have knowledge on Agentforce Marketing

- Knowledge of different integration patterns

- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite

- Familiarity with building complex solutions with the use of Data 360 and MC products

- Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions

- Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices

- Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations

- Familiarity with API and SQL

- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating with other Salesforce clouds

- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
