## Description

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Methods Process Analyst to support Military Derivative aircraft in Tukwila, WA. This position focuses on shops and labs that support systems and equipment installed on aircraft.

**Responsibilities:**

- Creates and maintains a software-based detailed schedule for assembly or installation using Aurora.

- Retrieves, analyzes, and displays metrics daily to the Boeing Production System Tier Board or production/program leadership team.

- Performs recovery planning, headcount forecasting, and Earned Value Management detail as needed.

- Conducts analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines.

- Develops forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources.

- Develops and maintains basic Business System factory definition for manufacturing planning.

- Monitors performance to established labor hour estimates.

- Assists in the development of integrated tool and production master schedules.

- Identifies and implements improvements to processes.

- Analyzes changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events.

- Assesses the impact of changes on cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.

- Develops modifications to existing plans and obtains approval.

- Participates in negotiations representing Production and Tooling Operations.

- Develops, implements, maintains, and statuses complex integrated shop operating plans.

- Gathers and analyzes shop performance metrics.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering-related curriculum.

- 5+ years of related work experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and knowledge of lean principles.

- Experience using production scheduling software.

- Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

- Proficient in structured problem solving, Microsoft Office Suite products, and Aurora Scheduling Tool.
