## Description

We are looking for a People Services & Country Advisor to join our team in Kolding. You will combine hands-on HR expertise with knowledge of Danish employment legislation, and be working where local requirements, people and global HR processes meet.

Responsibilities:

- Provide practical HR advice and guidance to employees, managers and HR colleagues

- Prepare contracts, amendments and other employment documentation

- Support payroll, time registration, pension and benefits processes

- Ensure high-quality employee data and work with SAP, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow

- Improve HR processes and identify opportunities for simplification, digitalization and automation

- Collaborate with colleagues across Denmark and our international People organization

- Develop and deliver relevant HR training to employees, managers and HR Business Partners

Qualifications:

- Solid experience within HR Operations or a similar environment

- Good knowledge of Danish employment legislation

- Confident communication in Danish and English

- Comfortable working across teams, functions and countries

- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is an advantage

- Interest in or experience using AI to simplify and improve HR processes is a strong advantage

- Experience working with blue-collar employees and Danish trade unions is a preferred competence
