## Description

IQVIA's Speaker Bureau team plans and manages compliant meetings and events for Life Sciences organisations. As a Manila Speaker Bureau Financial Close & Review Planner, you will be accountable for auditing and reviewing actual financials post-meeting, ensuring accuracy in government-required Transfer of Value reporting.

**Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with the client Core Team to plan and execute meetings

- Review all aspects of planning to ensure compliance with client business rules and budgetary requirements

- Assess accuracy of Management Fee, Speaker Travel expenses, Speaker Honorarium, and venue/caterer charges

- Accurately plot charges to the specific FCR-approved calculator and flag any overages

- Review and resolve attendance discrepancies as needed

- Ensure all expenses match between systems and document approved exemptions

- Obtain necessary documents and communicate with meeting planners, speaker bureau planners, logistics planners, and vendors

- Apply client business and compliance rules throughout the financial close & review process

- Trigger or escalate any items that may impact meeting compliance

**Requirements**

- 2+ years of customer service experience

- Previous work experience in catering to US clients, preferably in a phone-based Customer Service role

- Relevant audit experience preferred

- Pharma Industry experience is a plus

- Familiarity with US cultural norms and practices

- Proficiency in PC applications, Microsoft Office suite, and Outlook

- Knowledge in SharePoint, Salesforce, and Smartsheet preferred

- Ability to work during US standard business hours and be flexible on work schedule

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
