## About the Role

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, CEO Office, will lead the end-to-end expansion of Airwallex into new markets across APAC. This involves defining market-entry strategies, ensuring licensing and product readiness, and overseeing operational launches.

## Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement new country expansion strategies across APAC.

- Design market entry models, including licensing paths and entity structures.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align product roadmaps with regulatory requirements.

- Partner with executive leadership to drive key decisions on market expansion.

- Establish and refine operational systems for market launches.

- Manage governance and cross-functional sign-off for launches.

- Contribute to other CEO Office initiatives as needed.

## Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, regulatory/financial services law, or fintech/expansion roles.

- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

- Strong operating discipline and experience with regulatory and licensing topics in financial services.

- Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily work.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

## Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience driving new market launches or license applications in APAC.

- Background combining strategic problem-solving and execution.

- Familiarity with cross-functional Global Expansion and product launch processes.

- Experience working with a CEO Office or similar central team.
