## About the Team

Being part of Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team as Manager will put you at the forefront of shaping the experience of Bharat's next billion e-commerce users. We're an eclectic mix of over 100 professionals, all driven by problem-solving.

At Meesho, we're on a mission to achieve what's never been done before – introducing e-commerce to tier-2 and tier-3 cities of India. Our team's crucial contribution involves reimagining fulfillment from the ground up, focusing on constructing a supply chain and user experience that reshapes the e-commerce landscape.

## About the Role

As a Manager- F&E, you'll identify key problems, set priorities, come up with solutions, and drive implementation. You'll have complete autonomy over the team and processes you set up.

## What you will do

- Design programs to improve experience metrics, driving improvement in NPS or relevant operational metrics.

- Own a key part of user experience for one or more of marketplace participants – entrepreneurs, their customers, or suppliers.

- Participate in building strategy as an advocate for better user experience.

- Influence product development choices using data and insights.

- Drive program adherence with operations teams and solve edge cases.

- Engage Meesho Leadership as active stakeholders in problem-solving for your programs.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.

## What you will need

- Candidates from Premium or Top B Schools with 3-5 years of experience preferred.

- Experience in Fulfillment, 3PL Logistics, and supply chain process, preferably in tech startups.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and work on complex projects.

- Data-driven and inquisitive approach.
