## Description

Prudential Health India (PHI) is on a mission to make Indians healthier, while bridging the health protection gap. We are seeking a Director - Core Health Insurance Systems to lead the strategic design, implementation, management, and evolution of Core Health Insurance systems for individual and group health insurance.

As a Director – Core Health Insurance Systems, your typical week might include leading cross-functional teams, building deep understanding of business strategy, guiding design and development of integrated solutions, ensuring adoption and implementation of defined solutions, and managing vendor partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading strategic design, implementation, management, and evolution of Core Health Insurance systems

- Building deep understanding of business strategy among technology function and leveraging this knowledge to deliver core health insurance system implementations

- Guiding design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future enterprise business strategy

- Ensuring adoption and implementation of defined solutions

- Managing vendor partnerships, including contract negotiations and service level agreements

Requirements include:

- Proven experience as a leader in health insurance core insurance systems, with overall insurance experience of at least 15 years

- Excellent knowledge of technical architecture of core health insurance systems

- End-to-end knowledge of health insurance business and processes

- Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy, target customer experience, and drive successful implementation of technology solutions

- Strong organizational, vendor management, negotiation, and prioritization skills
