## Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking Security Consultant to help safeguard our AI-driven solutions, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and resilient against evolving threats.

As a System Security Architect, you will enable ‘secure by design’, supporting the bank’s change programmes, designing and implementing a secure systems and architecture across a broad set of security domains.

Key responsibilities include:

- Controlling function or security guild responsible for technology change oversight and governance

- Executing security risk assessments and building threat models during the change & development lifecycle

- Enabling DevSecOps (and shift left) by providing engagement channels for customers and stakeholders

- Supporting and guiding CISO, CIO and Product Team functions providing security reviews for prospective 3rd party technology products and services

- Transferring residual risks to the business/customer as required by the bank’s enterprise risk management framework

As an Assistant Vice President, you will:

- Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function

- Demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviours to create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver to a consistently excellent standard

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

- Conducting AI security architecture and solution design reviews to ensure secure-by-design implementation

- Demonstrating strong knowledge of Gen AI, LLM, and agentic AI threats

- Applying deep expertise in cloud, SaaS, and data protection security across modern platforms

Highly valued skills may include:

- Experience in AI governance and risk management frameworks

- Exposure to conversational AI, contact centre technologies, or digital channels

- Awareness of AI observability, monitoring, and assurance practices
