## What you'll do

You'll support us in various projects and tasks, depending on your focus of study, such as:

- Supporting the implementation of qualification measures of the personnel development

- Participating in the development and didactic preparation of digital learning formats

- Supporting in the care of the Porsche learning platform

- Administrative support of the HR Strategy and Culture team

## What you need

- Studium of Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Pedagogy or a comparable course of study

- At least 3 semesters of study experience

- Alternatively, study in Business Administration (focus on Personnel or Business Education) or Adult Education

- Secure handling of MS Office

- Team and communication skills as well as service orientation

- Independent and structured way of working
