## Description

We are seeking a Middle School Math Teacher for the 2027-2028 school year at Brooke Charter Schools in Boston, MA.

As a middle school math teacher at Brooke, you are part of a team that sets the tone for student growth and learning. You are the leader of your classroom and build strong relationships with students in order to push them to be their best selves both academically and personally.

Responsibilities include:

- Taking part in regular data meetings

- Engaging in approximately 20 administrative observations

- Participating in nearly 300 hours of professional development over the course of the school year

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 2 years of experience as a lead teacher

- Commitment to fostering diversity by cultivating anti-racist practices and removing bias

- Belief that great teaching closes the achievement gap and unwavering belief in students' capabilities

- Professional, warm, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues

Benefits:

- Competitive salary range: $74,000-$130,000 commensurate with experience

- Additional $3,300 stipend for teaching a high-need subject area

Hours for this role are 7:15 am - 4:20 pm daily.
