Above & Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in Georgia. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, a salary range of $90,000-110,000 per year, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

As a BCBA with Above & Beyond Therapy, you will conduct intake evaluations, design treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide support to families. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, flexible work hours, and opportunities for professional growth.

## Responsibilities and Duties

- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments

- Design treatment plans of care

- Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians

- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans

- Supervise and train ABA technicians

- Provide support during family conversations

- Graph data and adjust strategies as needed

## Requirements

- Valid BCBA certificate

- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities

- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
