## Description

As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will lead on-shift activities for a crew in an assigned department, driving results in EHS, Quality, and Productivity that align with plant goals.

You will:

- Ensure a safe working environment through formal inspections, audits, and safety meetings

- Investigate incidents, solve problems, and conduct root cause analyses

- Provide training to employees as specified

- Communicate effectively with employees through daily interactions and electronic mail

- Supervise and develop production and hourly employees

- Plan and coordinate priorities, allocate work assignments, and regulate production processes

- Monitor production rates, yields, and product quality, providing feedback to employees and supervisors

- Organize and review changeovers to minimize downtime

- Lead or participate in Kaizen continuous improvement sessions and implement cost reduction programs

- Serve as a primary plant management representative during off-shifts

The expected compensation range for this position is $84,595 - $103,394, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
