## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Acorn Park in Crawley, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products, to make recommendations and drive sales

- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment, staying focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, high-energy work environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store as needed

The role involves working part-time hours, including Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods in December.

A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is paid for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
