## Description

Ninja Van, a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Fulfillment Sales Manager. This role involves driving client acquisition, lead conversion, and seamless customer onboarding to generate revenue and exceed sales targets.

### Main Duties

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.

- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.

- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Manage contract negotiations until they are fully agreed and signed by both parties.

- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.

- Work closely with internal teams (operations, KAM, and product teams) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.

- Pre-qualify leads from internal sales channels to enhance sales presentations.

- Convert leads within the defined TAT to maximize the chances of closing.

### Qualifications

- 5-7 years of prior sales experience in solutions selling.

- Relevant experience and exposure in the following industries (FMCG, Fulfillment, Marketplace).

- Strong data management skills.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

- Effective communication skills.

- Detail-oriented and highly dependable.

- Proactive and works with a sense of urgency.
