## Description

Join FxPro, a leading international fintech company, as a Client Operations Officer. You will assist clients and provide support through various channels.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver proactive, high-quality support to clients via live chat, email, and phone

- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently

- Handle daily operational tasks, including KYC verification and transaction processing

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the FX industry

- University degree or relevant working experience

- Fluent in English; verbally and written

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule

Good to Have:

- Proficiency in CRM systems or other business tools

- Knowledge of KYC/AML, transaction processing, and monitoring procedures

- Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or cTrader
