## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Producer to join their Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building content, culture, and community around Electronic Arts' brands.

The Senior Producer will provide strategic recommendations and lead marketing initiatives, reporting to the Senior Producer of Production Execution. They will foster close relationships with content creators and partners to guide productions from creation to deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and executing marketing assets, including key art, design systems, and video

- Tracking marketing assets and approvals daily

- Summarising stakeholder feedback

- Initiating music licensing and composition requests

- Forecasting plans and allocating resources

- Providing rapid responses to executive and senior leadership team requests

- Partnering with studio producers to integrate game assets into marketing projects

- Leading discussions with senior partners across various departments

- Communicating creative vision to production partners and stakeholders

- Guiding and managing team members during the creative process

The ideal candidate will have:

- 9+ years of experience in a related field

- Ability to distill complex plans into essential milestones

- Experience working in high-pressure production environments

- Conflict management skills

- Understanding of production workflows and long-term effects of creative decisions

- Experience working with developers and external vendors

- Proficiency in production tracking tools such as Asana, Frame.io, Airtable, and Shotgrid
