This role exists to lead the product engineering and quality teams.

## What you'll do

As a Sr. Director of Product Engineering and Quality, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will also define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for our products or services, aligning with company goals and objectives.

## What you need

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in product engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
