## Description

We are seeking an ECS Account Executive -製造 to join our team in Japan. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving long-term partnerships with strategic customers in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on transforming their businesses through AI and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute long-term customer growth strategies based on Annual Planning (APS)

- Lead proposals and negotiations with multiple stakeholders, including executive layers, IT departments, and business units

- Deeply understand customer challenges and create value propositions using the Salesforce platform

- Collaborate with internal resources (SE, CSM, Partner, etc.) to achieve sales and expansion goals

**Requirements:**

- Experience in B2B sales for enterprise customers, preferably in the manufacturing industry

- Ability to take ownership of large accounts and drive strategic initiatives from planning to execution

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in selling IT solutions, SaaS, or ERP products

- Experience in sales for enterprise customers in other industries (retail, finance, services, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of IT concepts to engage in technical conversations with stakeholders
