## Description

We are seeking an Advanced Services Manager to lead our Global Advanced Services team within the HPE Networking services organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technical service advisors who deliver various defect and bug reports, customer product health reports, and remote consulting services across all Juniper products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strong customer advocacy with a focus on delivering accurate and value-added services

- Understanding customer needs and exploring new deliverables to enhance customer experience

- Driving customer experience through outcome delivery and engaging with internal and external customers

- Leading a team of engineers with strong analytical skills, networking knowledge, and Juniper product expertise

- Creating a culture of innovation, learning, and growth for team members

- Ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for world-class customer experience

- Technical background in networking and automation is preferred, with verifiable experience in network support, services roles, DevOps, and consulting services.
