## Description

Squishable is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to develop and execute operational strategies for its retail fleet.

The successful candidate will ensure stores have the necessary processes, systems, tools, and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong business performance.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Director of Retail and Regional Managers to drive operational excellence and store performance

- Analyze operational metrics, labor, sales, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

- Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures to support operational excellence and customer experience

- Lead the operational execution of new store openings, relocations, remodels, and store closures

- Oversee facilities management, preventative maintenance programs, vendor relationships, and operational budgets

- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows, inventory accuracy, and store systems

- Evaluate and implement operational processes, systems, and technologies to improve efficiency and business performance

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of progressive retail operations leadership experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field

- Proven success developing operational strategies and driving measurable business results

- Experience leading new store openings, remodels, relocations, and other large-scale retail projects

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
