## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist at Pfizer, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in your designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures

- Build partnerships with customers and effectively utilize resources to achieve work goals

- Plan and organize various academic meetings or activities

- Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyze, feedback, and suggest

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and abilities under the guidance of superiors

- Execute new initiatives implemented by the company and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields

- Proficient in MS Office, good English skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Strong learning willingness and ability

- Able to manage pressure and self-motivate

- Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

- Compliance with company policies, industry standards, and laws, including FCPA and relevant Chinese anti-corruption laws
