## Description

Our internship programs offer real-world projects, hands-on experience, and opportunities to collaborate with passionate teams globally.

You will join the Ansys Customer Excellence (ACE) team, a group of engineers dedicated to solving customer challenges across structural, fluid, electromagnetic, optical, and semiconductor domains.

The internship is for 1 to 6 months, and you will work with Ansys simulation platforms and products, collaborating with experts to achieve customer support goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage in various roles including presales support, post-sales technical support, and consulting services

- Develop proficiency in one or more Ansys simulation products under mentorship

- Communicate with users via Ansys community forums

- Conduct literature and experimental data searches using Ansys and competitor products

- Participate in Ansys events and contribute to content creation

- Assist in creating and updating materials for Ansys training courses and FAQ documentation

**Requirements:**

- Currently enrolled in a recognized Japanese university as an engineering student (B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.)

- Academic background in engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, optics, aerospace, chemical engineering, computer science, or related fields

- Hands-on experience with industry-leading simulation software such as Ansys Mechanical, Ansys Fluent, Ansys HFSS, Ansys RedHawk-SC, or similar tools

- Ability to work independently at designated locations (Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, or remote) without additional support

- Proficiency in English for writing and comprehension, and strong presentation skills

- Basic experience with Python or other object-oriented programming/scripting languages (preferred)

- Knowledge of design optimization methods for engineering applications (preferred)
