## Description

The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Technician to join their team on a bank shift basis. The successful candidate will provide technical support in the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines across inpatient, outpatient, and theatre areas.

Responsibilities:

- Provide a high standard of technical support in the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines

- Support ward-based services such as stock top-ups, medicines reconciliation, and discharge preparation

- Oversee the daily work of pharmacy technicians, assistants, and trainees

- Lead on stock control, ordering, and inventory systems

- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and health & safety policies

- Communicate effectively with pharmacy, nursing, and medical teams

- Maintain GPhC registration and complete all relevant CPD requirements

Requirements:

- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

- Significant experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy setting

- Strong knowledge of medicines management, stock control, and technical pharmacy services

- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

- Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff effectively
