## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at St Edmunds Hospital in Bury St Edmunds. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, where you will supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

The successful candidate will deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols. Key responsibilities include:

- Assessing patient needs and prioritising care

- Monitoring vital signs and recognising changes in condition

- Administering medications safely and effectively

- Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation

- Ensuring all care provided complies with NMC standards and hospital policies

- Identifying and reporting incidents and potential risks

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)

- Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting

- Good understanding of clinical governance and patient safety

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Previous experience in a relevant specialty is desirable

Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £19.00 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
