## Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at TaskUs. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation is compliant with labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct NTE reviews and validations

- Handle initial investigations and administrative hearings, making recommendations for decisions that align with the company's code of conduct

- Manage DOLE cases, ensuring data accuracy and management

- Act as an advisor to stakeholders on people-related issues and concerns

- Conduct focus group discussions and policy roadshows

- Handle employee grievances

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a BPO setting or in a generalist or supervisory role

- Strong background in employee/labor relations

- Excellent analytical skills

- Ability to work independently

- Willingness to work on-site and on a night shift/rotating schedule
