## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Parc Llandudno, a busy store where customers come to recharge.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café runs smoothly, even during peak periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service and making great food and drink recommendations

- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- Maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Working effectively as part of a team to meet customer needs

- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

The work pattern for this role is variable, but may include:

- Monday: 09:45–15:00 or 10:45–16:00

- Tuesday: 10:45–16:00

- Wednesday: 10:45–16:00

- Thursday: 10:45–16:00

- Saturday: 10:45–16:00 or 10:45–16:15

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
