## Description

The Clinical Development Medical Director is accountable for the medical and scientific integrity of one or more clinical trials and the well-being of patients enrolled.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading clinical execution of medium to high complexity studies with significant business impact

- Providing input to support development of protocol design documents

- Developing efficient protocols that maximize operational efficiency and trial quality

- Providing clinical input to data review processes and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards

- Managing and approving informed consent documents, protocol amendments, and study reports

- Serving as primary contact with external investigators and internal study teams

- Reviewing and reporting safety data and protocol deviations

- Acting as medical monitor on one or more clinical trials

- Using AI-enabled tools and analytics to support clinical data review and risk identification

Qualifications include:

- MD or equivalent

- Postgraduate training in Dermatology, Rheumatology, or Pulmonology

- 5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry

- Demonstrated scientific productivity and clinical/medical expertise

- Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, and digital clinical trial technologies
