## Description

As a Customer Success Engineer at Adobe, you will act as a designated technical consultant to 5 to 7 customers using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Implementing and supporting standard deployment methodologies

- Managing custom integrations and bridging communication with clients, third-party providers, and partners

- Focusing on client retention and cultivating future projects to qualify new opportunities

- Developing long-term client relationships and improving your domain expertise

- Providing an outstanding customer experience and assisting clients in growing their usage and adoption of Adobe products

- Working closely with Sales Executives and other team members to ensure mutual objectives are met

- Communicating consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle

- Coordinating customer support and managing professional services requests

- Collaborating with Adobe's AEM, Connect, LiveCycle, and other teams to develop new AMIs and deployments

- Developing procedures and routines to implement and improve autoscaling capabilities

- Demonstrating Amazon and Azure cloud services and advanced Adobe Command/Control systems

- Supporting upgrade systems for enterprise customers

- Collaborating with teams to provision, customize, monitor, balance, and upgrade cloud-hosted Enterprise offerings

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience with cloud hosting, including Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure

- A solid understanding of Linux, Windows Server, and Java systems

- Experience with long-term operation, monitoring, and upgrading of Enterprise software

- Experience troubleshooting and operating Adobe AEM in an enterprise environment

- Front-end experience, preferably with JavaScript knowledge; CSS is a plus

- Excellent work ethic and leadership skills

- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and technical projects

- Ambitious, collaborative, very responsible, and passionate about exceeding client expectations

- Excellent social, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to change and excel in high-stress situations

The expected pay range for this position is 222,000 RON - 321,000 RON annually.
