## Description

Mastercard's Launch Program is an 18-month program that provides hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship from industry leaders.

As a Business Analyst within Services Business Development, you will support the team in identifying and advancing business opportunities across key customers and sectors.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting market, customer, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities

- Supporting the development of Client proposals, presentations, and business cases

- Analyzing sales pipeline, revenue performance, and business metrics to generate insights and recommendations

- Assisting with opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Consulting, Finance, and Delivery teams

- Preparing materials for customer meetings, business reviews, and leadership updates

- Contributing to strategic initiatives and projects aimed at growing Mastercard's Services business

- Developing a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services industry, and Mastercard's products and solutions

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys analytical problem-solving, working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to commercial growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between June 2026 and August 2027

- Available to start on 1st September 2027

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude

- High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership
