## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Business Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Fenwick Kingston.

As an Assistant Business Manager, you will be a true brand ambassador, driving financial results, leading by example, and promoting exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Business Manager to support seamless day-to-day operations on counter.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results to meet and exceed targets

- Supporting the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales targets

- Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine enthusiasm for the company's performance

- Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service

- Coaching and giving feedback to the team

- Implementing individual and team development plans

- Creating a positive and cooperative team culture

- Proposing plans and events to unlock commercial success

- Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and hygiene standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:
