## Description

A great opportunity to join our amazing customer services team in the waste and recycling industry.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barlborough, working in our customer service contact centre. You will be helping customers with queries and offering them resolutions whilst delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have some experience within a customer service environment, excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be helpful, but is not essential, as we will provide a comprehensive 4-week induction plan to support you.
