## Description

We are looking for a Digital Procurement & Catalog Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Supply Chain Transformation, Indirect organization, you will be responsible for the overall governance and end-to-end lifecycle of supplier catalogs within the SAP Ariba environment.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining the SAP Ariba Catalog Module, managing master data and business entity restrictions to ensure a streamlined procurement process. You will also oversee Change Management by maintaining technical documentation on SharePoint and updating Quick Reference Guides (QRGs).

In addition, you will provide internal training on new Ariba features and system enhancements, enforce compliance with Ford and Ariba standards, and stay abreast of trends in AI analytics to integrate insights into current and future supply chain projects.

As a Digital Procurement & Catalog Specialist, you will work collaboratively with the Indirect Systems team to perform data cleansing and enrichment to ensure catalog keywords and descriptions are optimized for internal searchability and user experience.

You will also serve as the lead coordinator between suppliers, SAP Ariba, Ford IT, and Supply Chain teams, providing technical guidance to suppliers regarding CIF/cXML connectivity, PunchOut credentials, and ERP integrations.
