## Description

We're seeking an experienced hands-on IT professional to join our team as a Cloud Operations Technician. You'll play a key role in keeping critical systems secure, stable, and performing at their best. You'll earn a salary of GBP 47,262 per year.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver day-to-day support across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory

- Own and resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents

- Support modern workplace tools including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Entra

- Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and keep services running smoothly

- Contribute to security, compliance, and data protection across the organisation

- Carry out Azure IaaS administration, e.g. VM Builds, Storage accounts, AUM, Backup/ASR

- Drive improvements through root cause analysis, automation, and best practice

- Collaborate with wider IT, security, and project teams to deliver high-quality services

**Requirements:**

- Strong experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and on-prem infrastructure

- Solid understanding of identity, access, and security principles

- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

- Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLAs, and service delivery

- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

- Experience with planning and carrying out Technical changes following ITIL processes
