As a Senior Specialist, Payroll - Spain & LATAM, you will be part of the finance team responsible for managing the Spanish, Mexican, and Colombian Payroll processes.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring legislative compliance and accurate payment of employees within established laws

- Working with the EU Payroll Management Team to identify areas of process improvement

- Partnering with other internal EA partners such as People Experience (PE) and Finance to streamline processes and build strong relationships

You will also be responsible for ensuring the monthly processing of all salary data, working closely with PE to ensure all relevant monthly change data is received in time for processing, and monitoring and remaining up-to-date with all legislative changes.

In addition, you will be responsible for payroll reporting for Finance, responding to all queries from employees, authorities, and managers, and assisting in the reconciliation and closure of the tax year-end processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a payroll function, a degree in Labour Relationships or similar university studies, and previous experience using ADP payroll services.

You will also need excellent MS Excel knowledge and expertise in Spanish payroll legislation.

Fluency in spoken and written English is required, as English is the working language for this role.
