## Description

HCI Systems Limited, part of the Prodrive group of companies, is seeking a dynamic Production Team Leader to join their team in Newport, Shropshire.

The successful candidate will lead, motivate and support a team of production technicians to ensure daily production targets, quality requirements and customer deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and motivating a team of production technicians

- Coordinating day-to-day activities across production, procurement, stores, materials, quality and despatch

- Monitoring production performance and addressing issues that may impact productivity, quality or delivery schedules

- Acting as the primary point of escalation for production-related matters

- Ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures, quality standards and customer requirements

- Conducting daily production reviews and communicating priorities clearly to the team

- Supporting training and development of team members

- Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure customer expectations and delivery commitments are achieved

- Maintaining accurate production records and updating internal systems as required

- Fostering a positive team culture built on accountability, teamwork and high performance

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a team within a manufacturing, engineering or technical setting, and will be a natural leader who can motivate and develop others while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency and on-time delivery.
