## Description

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our growing Indianapolis team.

This field-based Sales Representative role involves meeting directly with homeowners to inspect interior, exterior, and gutter-related project needs, identify repair or replacement opportunities, and provide customized recommendations based on each customer's goals.

As a Sales Representative, you will travel locally to customer appointments, conduct property evaluations, prepare estimates and project recommendations, and guide homeowners through the decision-making process with professionalism and transparency.

**Responsibilities**

- Meet with homeowners to inspect interior, exterior, and gutter-related project needs

- Identify repair or replacement opportunities and provide customized recommendations

- Conduct property evaluations and prepare estimates and project recommendations

- Guide homeowners through the decision-making process with professionalism and transparency

- Work closely with internal operations and production teams to ensure successful project completion

**Requirements**

- At least one year of experience working with interiors, exteriors, gutters, construction, or related home improvement services

- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen

- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

**Compensation and Benefits**

- Earning potential of $50,000-$80,000 (commission-based structure with no upper limit)
