## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Silverlink Newcastle store, working part-time hours during Christmas.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be at the frontline of our operations, providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and supporting sales growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Pattern:**

- Monday: 14:00-18:00

- Wednesday: 14:00-18:00

- Saturday: 14:00-18:00

- Christmas only: Up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
