## Description

We are seeking a Medical Information District Manager to lead our team in Jiangsu, China.

**Job Summary:** As a Medical Information District Manager, you will be responsible for managing all business activities within your designated territory, including developing and implementing regional goals and development plans, establishing a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute business plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of medical information professionals

- Foster a culture of compliance and integrity within the team

- Develop and implement plans to enhance team members' professional knowledge and skills

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry business management

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in Pfizer or similar pharmaceutical company

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends

- Experience in talent management and development
