Red Bull Musketeers embody the Red Bull way of life, operating as true ambassadors of the brand in the On Premise business. They work with top bars, restaurants, clubs, hospitality venues, and events to build long-term partnerships, drive trial and consumption, and maintain the brand image.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain partnerships with influential people and key contacts.

- Promote the Red Bull brand in the On Premise scene, putting the can in consumers' hands.

- Be a role model by promoting the brand's premium image and delivering excellence in everything.

Characteristics:

- Master all things 'On Premise' by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends, and new opportunities.

- Identify initiatives for your territory and track, analyze, and report on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.

- Act autonomously and pro-actively, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

Skills for Success:

- Convince key players with excellent communication and selling skills.

- Lead negotiations with customers to bring about strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements.

- Leverage creative skills to solve business challenges and keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise sector.

- You implement strategies and take innovative measures to expand the business beyond your existing account list and win over new venues and consumers.
