## Description

We are now recruiting Police Officers in London, offering a starting salary of £33,609 and total starting earnings of over £42,600.

As a Police Officer with British Transport Police, you will play a crucial role in keeping passengers safe, protecting vulnerable people, preventing crime, and maintaining the smooth operation of the railway network.

You will be based in various locations across Inner London, including King's Cross, Euston, Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Stratford, West Ham, Wembley, and Croydon.

The role involves:

- Responding to incidents and emergencies

- Preventing and investigating crime

- Protecting vulnerable people

- Using police powers lawfully and effectively

- Supporting victims and witnesses

- Keeping passengers, railway staff, and communities safe

You will undergo the Police Constable Entry Programme (PCEP), a 33-week training programme that combines classroom learning, online learning, scenario-based training, and practical operational policing experience.
