## Description

As a Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative, you will be responsible for distributing workload and monitoring workflow for team members in your assigned area to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.

You will serve as a resource to supervisors and backup to cell owners and team members.

**Required Shift:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5 AM to 3:30 PM Sunday - Wednesday - 5 AM to 3:30 PM

**Essential Functions:**

- Distribute workload and manage workflow for your assigned area, including scheduling and shifting resources as needed.

- Provide support to team members and cell owners, demonstrating leadership qualities consistent with Express Way values.

- Manage issues affecting team productivity, offering solutions, collaborating with others, and escalating as needed.

- Assist supervisors in ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and help meet productivity and quality goals.

- Develop, document, and update policies and procedures for Coordinators, and provide training and validation materials.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Ability to obtain Missouri State Pharmacy Technician license.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a pharmacy dispensing setting preferred.

- 1+ year of leadership or team development experience preferred.

- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email skills.

- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy.

- Experience troubleshooting problems in a pharmacy dispensing environment preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and stand for the full shift.

- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, troubleshoot problems, and make decisions.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Stand for lengthy periods.

- Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 30 lbs. frequently.

- Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.

- Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.

- Work may be performed in an environment with varying noise levels.
