## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Data and Analytics.

**Technical Leadership:**

- Act as a hands-on lead developer, guiding the team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions.

- Provide technical mentorship to a team of multiple teams of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

- Drive the adoption of modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

**Product Development:**

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and customer needs, aligning them with the product vision.

- Take ownership of greenfield projects, leading them from inception to production release.

- Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.

**System Design and Implementation:**

- Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Integration.

- Design and integrate secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth 2.0.

- Develop and maintain robust data storage solutions using MongoDB.

**Cloud and DevOps:**

- Leverage AWS services to build and deploy cloud-native applications.

- Implement containerized solutions using Kubernetes for scalability and reliability.

- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure smooth deployment processes.

**Collaboration and Communication:**

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and operations teams.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and technical challenges.

**Requirements:**

- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in 5 or more of the following technologies: Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Integration), OAuth 2.0, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins

- Proven experience leading a team of multiple teams of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Strong product owner mentality, with a focus on understanding technical and customer needs while aligning with the product vision.

- Experience in delivering greenfield projects from concept to production release.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):**

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
