## Description

Join the TransPerfect Health family as a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at William Breman, conveniently located at 3150 Howell Mill Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30327.

As a PTA, you'll have the opportunity to provide short-term rehabilitation, outpatient, and skilled therapy services to a diverse patient population in a setting that offers independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Responsible for treating residents with noted disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope of practice upon receiving physician order and completion of evaluation

- Optimise patient functionality and skills

- Complete all necessary documentation via Net Health

- Collaborate with supervising PT to develop programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling PTA/PT co-signature and supervision requirements

- Attend all required meetings, including care planning, staff meetings, and family meetings

- Assist the facility in meeting standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right Guidelines

- Follow facility infection control policies and procedures

- Complete other tasks deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

**Qualifications**

- Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice
