## Description

Netlify is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage its company social handles and help people creating websites or apps understand what's possible when building with AI on Netlify.

The goal is to make Netlify more visible, useful, and trusted among people building for the web with AI.

Responsibilities:

- Own Netlify's day-to-day social presence across multiple channels

- Turn new features, product launches, and customer examples into clear, useful posts

- Build and manage the social calendar

- Monitor the broader builder ecosystem to find, celebrate, and amplify people building with Netlify

- Support community and campaigns

- Use platform behavior and social algorithms to improve reach, engagement, and performance metrics

- Manage intake, approvals, launch support, calendars, reporting, and AI-assisted workflows

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience managing social media for a technical, developer, AI, or product-led brand

- Experience managing high-volume brand handles

- Dev-culture fluency and good public judgment

- Technical fluency to understand Netlify's products and strong writing skills

- Strong operating habits across calendars, intake, approvals, launch support, and reporting

- Experimental, data-aware mindset

Nice to Have:

- Experience with social media management tools

- Knowledge of social media algorithms and platform behavior
