## Description

The Sales Enablement & Retention Assistant role is a critical part of the sales operations team, providing essential administrative and customer engagement support to drive retention and conversion.

This role ensures the smooth handling of documentation, lead follow-ups, and CRM updates, enabling the sales team to focus on high-value activities and customer interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Proactively calling and emailing assigned KYC and POA cases to obtain up-to-date documentation within specified timeframes

- Validating and assessing the acceptability of submitted documents

- Identifying potential cancellation risks and escalating to the appropriate Account Manager

- Accurately updating customer and document information in the CRM system

- Reconnecting with previous leads via email or call to assess renewed interest

- Updating lead status and details in the CRM system

- Flagging re-engaged leads for follow-up by the sales team
