## Description

We are seeking a full-time Inpatient PT Clinic Manager I in Riverview, FL. As a Clinic Manager, you will develop and manage a highly functional team, ensure patient care duties follow guidelines, oversee patient care and clinic billing practices, and coach staff to achieve quality performance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain a highly functional team

- Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline's practice act and licensing board

- Oversee patient care and clinic billing practices

- Maintain positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance

- Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices, and productivity performance

**Qualifications:**

- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program

- Management experience preferred

- Current or pending state licensure

- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association

- Pay Range: $92,000-$115,000 per year
