## Description

We're looking for a skilled Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead customers through the AI computing revolution. As a key member of our team, you will provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments, ensuring seamless integration and customer happiness.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies. You will act as a technical expert supporting sales teams, driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions through close collaboration with customers and internal collaborators.

We need someone with a strong background in system design and networking, who can lead technical engagements with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers to identify system architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI space.

In addition, you will support technical engagement with NCPs (NVIDIA Cloud Partners) to accelerate the deployment and adoption of NVIDIA AI technologies in cloud environments, ensuring time-to-value and successful integration.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. You should have 4+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry, including hands-on involvement in cloud partner architecture/solution validation, deployment, and scaling activities.

You will also need deep knowledge of datacenter hardware such as servers, storage systems, and network devices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include proven experience with large-scale datacenter rollouts and integration of solutions with NCP platforms, strong networking expertise across TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and switches, and proficiency in Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python programming.
